My brother plays with dolls. He can sit and play with them for hours. He braids their hair.
He preps their clothes. He walks them to work and back again. Those dolls are lucky.
They have a far nicer house than I ever did.

I know it shouldn’t bother me, but it does. And it doesn’t bother me for the reasons you
might expect. I don’t care what he plays with as long as he’s happy. I’m bothered because
I can’t play with him the way that I want to.
