Filthy Fakespeare and Friend - Winnipeg Fringe Festival 2026 Review

Filthy Fakespeare and Friend - Winnipeg Fringe Festival 2026 Review

This isn't so much a show as an experience- but damn, what a fun experience.

First off Patrick Hercamp and Andrew Silverwood have fantastic chemistry, and their ability to hold a room in such a raucous and unpredictable stage truly speaks to their years working together, and the delight with a dedication to just having a good time together with cohorts.

This is the ultimate pub show. It's unassuming, comfortable, raucous (did I mention raucous?) environment that allows the audience to be as much a part as they want to be. It's interactive to an extreme and a good time all around.

The show I witnessed wasn't perfect, but the way that the hosts are able to get away with just about anything due to their charm and levity goes a long way.

If you want a good time that feels like a night out with your best friends, this is the place to be.
