First off, I will be biased here because I walked into this show thinking I knew what to expect. Canadian Clowns may just be the best around- and the way they set this show up is both hilarious and poignant in a way that many shows today fail to achieve. There's a reason they've been so lauded with laurels, and after this festival, I wouldn't be surprised to see them acquire a few more.

Everything in this show has a purpose- and the commentary is thick but not inaccessible. There's a lot to enjoy here and a lot to process after the fact. The layers of symbolism may wash over you at fist, but with surprisingly effective simplicity they reveal more and more, bit by bit, and by the end you're left processing well after the show ends. 

Both performers are exceptional and the way they can support each other at the drop of a hat. They understand not just the show, but each other, and you can really tell how easily they fall into things. This is a chemistry that comes from two people who fully commit and understand - but also never fail to compel. 

Great chemistry, beautiful show and a powerful message. Do Not Miss.
