Yes, this medicine is miraculous. When you take it, it will cure your cancer and prevent you from having any forms of remission for the next twenty years. I promise that as long as you don’t go out and do stupid things, that you’ll live a long and prosperous life. And you’ll be happy! It doubles as the ultimate anti-depressant and will rewire your brain to be at optimal dopamine levels forever. It’s wonderful. It’s the best. And you’ll never regret it because you’ll never feel sadness again! 

I’m so glad you’re on board. But there is one thing I am obligated to mention before we begin. This pill does have some small unintended consequences. But nothing to worry about. Are you ready?
