PREVIEW

He’s not all bad. Not really. I mean he’s got a sweet spot. I like to joke that it’s here- where his heart would be. But no, really- he has a heart. I know he does. He’s held me and I’ve heard it as we cuddled in the moonlight. I mean it doesn’t beat very much but it’s there. You should hear the beautiful words he whispers in my ears. You should see how he looks at me. I mean, what girl wouldn’t fall for such charms? He’s wily. I used to make a joke that was why all his victims kept tripping as they were running away from him. Because of his charms.

I mean, he’s great with his hands. I know you have to be good with your hands to really gut a human. But he’s really good with his hands. And when there’s a man who loves you, who can also do those things with his hands- well it matters. It really matters. I take full advantage of his dexterity.
